1 head lettuce, torn into bite size pieces
1-2.75 oz can sliced olives
1 cup grated Cheddar Cheese
1 Avocado, cubed
1-16 oz can Kidney Beans
1 medium onion, chopped
2 tomatoes, cut into wedges
1 package Uncle Dan’s Hot Salsa Ranch Seasoning & Dip Mix
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup mayonnaise
2 cups Corn Chips, crushed (optional)
Combine first 7 ingredients. Mix the Hot Salsa Ranch mix with the 1 cup buttermilk and 1 cup mayonnaise. Toss salad to coat with Hot Salsa Ranch dressing and top with corn chips. For variation add cooked ground beef , shredded beef or sliced chicken
