1 lb. round steak cut in 1/4” strips
2 tbsp. oil or margarine
4 oz. sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 pkg. .75 oz. Uncle Dan® Creamy Ranch Seasoning and Dressing mix
2 cups Sour Cream

Cook steak in oil or margarine until browned. Cover with water and simmer until tender. Add onions & mushrooms - simmer 5 minutes more. Stir in Sour Cream and Uncle Dan’s dry dressing mix. Cook until heated through. Thicken with cornstarch if desired. Serve over rice or noodles. (Also can be prepared using ground beef or turkey.)
