1 lb. beef or chicken (1/4” strips)
1 cup green pepper strips
1 cup sliced onions
1 cup chopped fresh tomatoes
1 pkg. Uncle Dan’s® Hot Salsa Ranch Seasoning and Dip Mix
Flour Tortillas
Brown meat in 2 tbsp. oil or margarine. Remove from pan. Sauté peppers & onions until tender. Drain. Mix meat and vegetables. Stir in Hot Salsa Seasoning mix and 1/4 cup water. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add tomatoes and cook just until heated.
Serve in warmed tortillas. Top with your favorite ingredients including lettuce, grated cheese, sliced olives, sour cream, salsa and guacamole or avocado slices.
